CEO & Founder
Michelle founded Blueprint in 2012 on the belief that the status quo doesn't have to dictate the future. A decade+ of facilitating meaningful change through public engagement, strategic planning, and facilitation. Past Chair of the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce and founding chair of the Prairies Chapter of IAP2.
